Interbank
Headquartered in Lima, Peru, Interbank was founded in 1897 and is one of Peru´s premier commercial banks. Since 2007, Interbank, along with life insurer Interseguro, has been a subsidiary of Intergroup Financial Services Corp. (IFS), an Interbank Group company.

Interseguro
Interseguro is a leading insurance company, providing annuities, individual life insurance, disability insurance and survivor benefits and mandatory traffic accident insurance. As of December 31, 2009, Interseguro was the second largest provider of annuities in Peru, with a 21.6% market share of all annuity premiums sold during the 12 months ended December 31, 2009. In addition, Interseguro maintains its historic leadership in this category with 26.4% of premiums collected by all insurance companies since 1996 through 2009.
