Interbank
Headquartered in Lima, Peru, Interbank was founded in 1897 and is one of Peru´s premier commercial banks. Since 2007, Interbank, along with life insurer Interseguro, has been a subsidiary of Intercorp Financial Services Inc. (IFS), an Interbank Group company.

As of December 31, 2011 Interbank had S/. 19,997.8 million worth of assets, a network of 239 financial stores, 2,272 ATMs- including Plus ATMs and coin dispensers- and 2,286 Interbank Directo correspondents nationwide, Interbank serves over 2,238,000 active clients, and leads the Peruvian financial industry in terms of credit card balances with 1,433,593 cards bearing the world´s 3 top brands—American Express, Mastercard and Visa—in addition to the Vea private brand.

On the strength of its work in the area of personal banking, Interbank ranks among Peru´s top consumer credit banks. It is committed to a policy of ongoing innovation as a way to continue offering its customers more value added and better quality of service. Interbank also operates in the mutual fund market through Interfondos and in the securitization market through Interitulos. Its shares are publicly traded on the Lima Stock Exchange under the INTERBC1 ticker.

Interseguro
Interseguro is a leading insurance company, providing annuities, individual life insurance, disability insurance and survivor benefits and mandatory traffic accident insurance. As of December 31, 2011, Interseguro was the first largest provider of annuities in Peru, with a 24.6% market share of all annuity premiums sold during the 12 months ended December 31, 2009.
